Created during a residency at the Givat Haviva Art Center, this work expands on the artist's book of the same name. A veneered table holds a temporary landscape of objects resembling battlefield ruins, illuminated by an exposed bulb, while a matching shelf carries Tipp-Ex-coated items that evoke white masks. On the table drawer, two hand positions are drawn in chalk, one shooting and the other signaling Stop. Through humor and play, the work exposes war’s cruelty as a senseless, endless game.
